The service was friendly during my stay. The room was carpeted & tidy, with good breakfast. The hotel had a favourable and unbeatable location a super close walk to a shopping mall.
Didn't like the area, it was a bit old.

Peninsula Plaza was a couple of blocks away from the hotel, appreciated its location to the BTS Skytrain station. The room was attractively furnished and reasonably large with Thai modern style, a twin beds, good breakfast.

The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, just a pleasant stroll away from Central World Shopping Mall. It was also near to the very city center, tourist places and good shopping areas plus nice parks.

The location is good and absolutely perfect, so close to the Center of Bangkok and all major shopping malls as well as connected to BTS. Siam district is worth looking into.

Had a very nice stay, the hotel is luxurious and modern.
Greatly enjoyed a safe, multi-channel television and a mini fridge bar in the room. An outdoor restaurant was good for F & B staff at breakfast restaurant.

The breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. The location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff was very kind to move us to a quieter room when we had noisy neighbors. I recommend Anantara.

Excellent service (with the two below exceptions). V. good location for deluxe shopping. Pool area reasonably good considering being in the city center. Well equipped gym.
Not shown to the room on check-in. Asked bell-boy 2h before departure to find clean and nice cab for airport transfer, got awful taxi were the driver started to haggle about the price of the ride.

Courtesy and availability of bottled water as many as one wanted all complimentary. My 10 yrs old daughter enjoyed the staff affection and was presented with beautiful pen few in numbers as she was on collection spree. Everything was good from room service to front office to the courtesy of bell boys and the least the restaurant. Cool place for family and we got best deal one can imagine for 4 nights cheaper than many 5* which may not be close enough to the brand.

Convenient location for exploring Bangkok with excellent skytrain access. Interior decor is in need of updating. Superb food and beverage offerings, especially the outstanding breakfast buffet. Exceptional service standards.
